This year was a parade of cuts, scrapes and bruises. The low water gave us river kisses on many a body part. At the river or at a party, no venue was without it’s hazards. This year’s winner was putting on her pirate duds, getting ready for fun. She spun around inside Rallye One and her foot hit a doorway where she sustained her award winning broken toe.
